Agreement

These Terms of Use govern your access to LumaCase. By installing or using the App, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Service Description

LumaCase helps you record contact lens open dates, wear duration, comfort ratings, photos, voice notes, and expiry reminders. The App is a personal organization tool, not a medical or professional eye-care service.

Your Responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter and for following safe lens-wear practices recommended by manufacturers and eye-care professionals. Reminders are aids only and do not replace professional guidance.

Points & In-App Purchases

Points are a consumable in-app currency for optional features such as extra records, reminders, voice memo packs, or exports. Purchases are final as allowed by Apple’s App Store policies. Point balances and entitlements may change when you redeem or purchase packs described in the App.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to reverse engineer it for unlawful purposes, or use it to store content that violates applicable law. You retain ownership of content you create in the App.

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION OR THAT REMINDERS WILL ALWAYS FIRE AT A SPECIFIC TIME, AS DEVICE SETTINGS AND iOS MAY AFFECT DELIVERY.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE DEVELOPER IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING RELIANCE ON REMINDERS OR RECORDS.

Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may discontinue or modify features where permitted by law and platform rules.

Governing Law

These terms are interpreted according to the laws applicable in your place of residence or the developer’s jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.

Updates

We may revise these Terms. Continued use after updates are shown in the App constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
